In my group classes and 1:1 sessions, we focus on somatic health, working at the level of tissues, organs, and systems through the technique of pandiculation (Fascia Flossing®).

 

This allows us to generate stability, improve the flow of intelligent energy, and develop proprioception, while exploring yoga postures and dynamic movement sequences
