This installation/performance offers a sensory experience through stimuli—sound, visual, and tactile—that invites the audience on a deep somatic journey.

Three performing artists with experience in somatic practices will create immersive aesthetic-artistic moments through music, movement, and voice, actively involving the audience. From the center of the space, the public can move, watch, or rest in the installation during the day, and throughout the performance, which will be activated for one hour.

The installation is established as a space for exploration, where people can receive ATMS (Awareness Through Movement Lessons) and Functional Integration from the Feldenkrais Method, under the guidance of the artists, creating a space of "recognition" at the level of the nervous system.
